Follow Geiger's Guidelines for Returns and/or Exchanges:
Geiger Return or Exchange Policy
- No refunds or exchanges will be made after fourteen (14) days under any circumstances
- Returns on Geiger of Austria products must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
- We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective
- If not authorized by Chic Fashions, returns or exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense
- As soon as we receive your returned item we will send a confirmation e-mail to Chic Fashions and they will advise you of the amount of your credit
- Please send the item back to us at the address supplied to you on the original package or contact Chic Fashions, using any traceable shipping method
- Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund as previously agreed by email
What Geiger Recommends for Alterations:
If the size jacket, coat or skirt you ordered is just a little too tight,
the experts at Geiger are willing to walk you through a method they use, that you can do at home,
that will 'stretch' the fibres without damage or thinning, up to one inch (1").
Due to limited capacity, alterations performed at the GEIGER plant are limited to garments with a binding edge since they usually require our special machinery.
We request a 4-6 week timeline to perform these alterations.
Any other alterations should be able to be done by a competent seamstress.
We encourage the use of locally based alteration personnel since no two bodies are alike and all bodies are more or less non-symmetrical.
It is much easier to perform an alteration you will be happy with
when the alteration specialist has seen the garment on you and has taken appropriate measurements.
Also the turn around time will be much shorter
(no time consuming shipping of garments necessary).

Geiger Customer Service department at 1-800-451-3537, who will be glad to help.

If the product is damaged when you receive it contact Chic Fashions for instructions.
Geiger will usually do these repairs or replace the item.
